Who Remembers GTL?!

Surprise, surprise....I FINALLY started going to the gym. I found an amazing place close to where I live called, Fit Inc. They have fitness classes all day so you can chose a plan which suits your timings or the specific classes you wish to join. I love the fact that there are many different types of classes to chose from and not only that but the trainers actually are certified and so helpful!

I started off doing one on one training because I am not able to go regularly right now. My schedule is very sporadic, not to mention the fact that since I've actually never had to diet or go to the gym before I'm painfully aware of the fact that I have little to no stamina. If I were to join a class, I would have to keep stopping mid way to catch my breath and then I'd feel really left out for not being able to keep up, not only that but I'd also feel like my class was a waste. By starting off one on one, I spoke to my trainer about my specific problem areas and what it was that I needed. Even in my one on one classes, I literally do reps of like 10 before I feel like I'll pass out, such a baby. I'm so glad that this place isn't just a gym where you're left on your own to figure out what to do, the trainers really help you and tell you what exercises you should be concentrating on.

My trainer told me that I mostly need to work on toning my body and I don't need to lose much weight because as long as I tone my body I will automatically lose the little bit that I gained. If you look at numbers, it seems very little but when you add that to the fact that I'm not tall, it makes even 2 kg (not that I need to lose only 2kg) look like way way more. So far, I genuinely love my work outs only because I know it will make me thin, I haven't turned into one of those "I love to exercise" people. Shockingly, I already see a LITTLE bit of a change, but that little bit is enough to make me not give up and keep going. Is this what motivation is?! lol. All I know is I need to look snatched by the end of the month!! What keeps you guys motivated?!
